1. Digital Product Nature

Our software is a digital product. According to Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply after the download or streaming of digital content has begun with your prior consent.

By purchasing and downloading our software, you expressly agree to waive your right of withdrawal once the download starts.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We only offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The software is defective or cannot be activated due to a verified technical issue.
  • The product description was materially inaccurate.
  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake.

3. Non-refundable Cases
